WhatsApp engagement was excellent. They diagnosed the problem remotely with my water heater but given they weren’t the best fit with the device manufacturer, they recommended a different path with the manufacturer. They were awesome to work with.

We had two jobs in one visit: a water heater install and a fixed-panel shower glass, and we couldn’t be happier! Fast, efficient, friendly service. Paul was knowledgeable about the glass install, making sure everything was level and well secured. Will definitely be recommending to others!!

We are doing a minor kitchen remodel that involves replacing a gas cooktop with induction. The day after the gas cooktop was removed, we discovered our tankless water heater was not working. I contacted Paul at urgent plumber.pt via WhatsApp and he was so helpful. He called me gave suggestions to try to make it work before coming out. When that didn’t work, he asked me to send a video so he could listen to the water heater to determine if there was a problem with the igniter. He even contacted a representative from the water heater manufacturer. Ultimately I figured out the problem without Paul needing to come out. He was so helpful by phone and WhatsApp, that I’m keeping his contact information for future needs and to give to our English-speaking friends. He kept giving me suggestions to try to save us money before coming out. Truely appreciated.

I had an urgent water leak in my garden and UrgentPlumber was an absolute lifesaver. Their response was incredibly fast, and Paul arrived exactly when he said he would. What I appreciated most was the total clarity throughout the entire process; Paul explained exactly where the issue was, how he was going to fix it, and kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend them to anyone needing a quick, expert solution in Lisbon! Also, this must be the world first AI- powered plumber, using it from diagnostic to report and invoicing, very impressive! 😉

***I do not usually leave reviews, but Paul and Urgent Plumber really deserve one!!*** I wish Paul had been my first call, not my fourth! The problem: We had a toilet issue that kept coming back despite 3 visits and different attempts to fix it from other plumbers. Eventually, both the toilet and shower started backing up with sewer water. The real fix: Paul brought the right technology to diagnose the problem. Down went a video camera into the drains, and he found the blockage that had been missed before. He got it all cleared out and removed the waste material. The difference: It finally felt like someone had found the real cause of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. True professional: Paul responded quickly, got us scheduled as soon as possible, arrived on time, and was professional and easy to work with. Everything has been working great since. I also really appreciated being able to communicate clearly in English. Excellent service and highly recommended!

I bought a new washing machine from El Corte Ingles and paid for a "professional installation". Days after the machine was installed my downstairs neighbor reported water coming into her apartment. Living full time in NYC and part time in Lisbon, I freaked out. No one was even home using the washing machine. I got Paul@urgent plumbers' contact info from a friendly whatsapp group and contacted him on the fly. Within an hour he was inside my apartment in Baixa and diagnosed the problem. The "professional installers" from ECI did not tighten the connection and water was leaking. He screwed it up tight and said the problem was fixed. I offered to pay Paul for his time and he flatly refused saying it just wasn't necessary. What a professional. So that's all I have to say.

Paul replied to my message as soon as I sent it. This type of responsiveness is rare and I appreciated that! My problem (a boiler issue) was solved in 5 minutes, over the phone, with great guidance! 🙌 Amazing service, friendly person, highly recommended! Thank you, Paul!

Serviço de desentupimento impecável. O Paul e o Rome foram ótimos, muito pacientes e explicaram tudo detalhadamente. No final, deixaram a casa perfeitamente limpa. Recomendo vivamente! 5 estrelas. (Excellent drain cleaning service. Paul and Rome were fantastic—very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also made sure to leave the house spotless once they were finished.
